Snow!!
Hello all
Actually got out skiing - - - and what a beautiful trail too. The trees were all covered with a layer of snow. Wish I could have been skiing with you guys. Anytime you feel like making a road trip - - -
Plenty of hills too, and only 20 min from our house.

Yea -
When you can count your heart rate by just counting the pulses in your neck, you know you are either really working hard, or really out of shape.
I think I qualified for both. Ha.
Each hill was a good interval.
Wish you could have been there too.

I went skiing this weekend too. It is so nice to be able to get outside, and it is so pretty with all the snow on the trees. Don't worry, in order to keep my HR down, I have to go like 2 mph. At least up hills!
The snow looks awesome! Way to get out there!
